We began our journey in the early 2000's under our original name "Velocity Graphix". In 2021 we decided it was time for a change. Not only did we change our name, we changed our operations too! With new equipment, we are now able to offer an even wider range of services.

  • What is our minimum order size?
  • What is our max imprint size?
  • What ink colors can you choose from & how many colors can we print?
  • What is our typical turnaround time?
  • How should you send your art file?
Looking your best starts with the best artwork. To ensure your project looks its best, it is important to start with optimal image quality. For example, if your original art’s size and resolution are too low, or compromised in any way, this will result in a poor print. Also different print processes require specific art formats. Below is a list of the preferred file formats and art requirements for the various garment decorating processes. If you are unable to provide art in the proper format, an art fee may be charged. Preferred Format (.ai, .eps) Convert Text to paths/outlines For vector images, converting all text to curves/paths before sending the file will allow you to use fonts we don’t have in our system. For Photoshop files you should rasterize/render all type layers before sending the file. Additional Formats .pdf, .jpeg, .psd, .tiff, .bmp, .png Although not required, it is a good idea to send us your design at the size you would like it printed. 300dpi resolution preferred (the higher, the better). Additional art fees may apply to clean up art that is not acceptable to print.
  • Are you able to supply your own garments?
While we will print on customer supplied garments, pricing incentives and guaranteed quality does not apply. We cannot be held responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen.
  • Are you able to screen print a photograph that you have?
Send us your photo and we can let you know what is possible.
  • What is involved in our pricing?
Artwork - There are no art charges when professional, print-ready artwork is provided. When print ready artwork is not available we will work to get you want you need at the lowest cost possible Screen Charges - Screen charges are $15 per color, per location for new art. For reorders, the cost drops to $12 per color, per location Underlay - For dark-colored apparel, an underlay is required for the logo/design to show up properly. The underlay is charged like an additional color which carries an additional screen charge. Digitizing - Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized. Once your logo is digitized, we keep it on file to use for any future orders. Digitizing charges start at $35 per logo Garment Cost + Printing - The costs of your garment and printing are combined. Together this becomes the majority of the cost of your printed order. On many orders, this is the only charge on your invoice. This price varies with every garment style, order quantity, print locations, and the number of ink colors per location. Please contact us for a custom quote and feel free to send over your print-ready artwork if you have it Plus-sized Garments - Every garment sized XXL or larger comes with an increased cost from our suppliers. Each garment style has a different price but is approximately an additional $2/ea. Less than Minimum Quantity From Specialty Suppliers - We request a 48 quantities minimum when ordering specialty garments from specialty suppliers due to inbound freight shipping costs. In some cases, we're able to combine small orders with larger ones and eliminate this cost. In other situations, we must charge less than the minimum fee of $20 to recoup expensive shipping costs on small orders. Some customers add garments after we've ordered their blanks and then we need to place an additional garment order and pay for shipping twice. In these cases, there is also a less than minimum fee for the add-on garments
  • What is an underlay?
  • What is the difference between printing on light vs dark garments?
  • What is the screen printing process?
  • What is our misprint policy?
Due to the nature of our business, there are times when a small number of items in a run will print incorrectly or the apparel will be damaged. We do not charge for misprinted shirts that are brought to our attention immediately. If you have a complicated order and need an exact number of shirts, we recommend that you order a few extra.
